Having seen the widely varying approaches to re-cycling taken by Glasgow, Highland and Argyll Councils (the poor performance of Highland being especially notable - doesn't collect plastic!), there is a real need for best practice advice being circulated. Scottish Government or COSLA role, surely? I sometimes thinks it’s Councils who need to demonstrate improved performance.
